I have been playing music since I was a child and I enjoy getting together with others and creating a space for music to be spontaneous, alive and free. I currently play music in collaboration with others and I am always touched by the beauty and transformation in people's hearts.
I play harmonium, piano, ukulele and djembe drums and I currently have students for piano and ukulele. I have been inspired by the power and beauty of ancient chanting and I recently started learning harmonium. The repetition of sacred words and mantras invokes the divine within and it is very healing, loving and powerful.
I am very grateful for Osho's meditations and discourses and I took sannyas in May 2012. I was given the name Antar Pragatti which means Inner Growth. I value it deeply and it is a pointing towards the growth of the inner qualities of the Heart - Love, Joy, Service, Courage, Gratitude!
I started painting as part of my Steiner School Teacher Training in 2013 and was inspired to continue painting while I lived in Tiruvannamalai in South India in 2016. I have been deeply touched by the presence and teachings of Ramana Maharshi and Mooji and I dedicate all these expressions to them as I dive deeper into the unknown unfolding of this life.
I have recently become vegan and it is an expression of the love of life and living things and I am so grateful to all vegan beings who have supported me in this transition.
I enjoy summer festivals and conscious gatherings and I offer art workshops and kirtans. As well as working with adults I have been working with children at forest schools or teaching piano and music. I am currently available for art and music workshops at retreats and social gatherings as well as performing music at events.
